Couldn't be more pleased with the private coaching my daughter has received at Alpha Performance Group. Very personalized attention to detail with a strong focus on being mentally prepared, having confidence, and believing in yourself. Couple this with strong technical training and I can honestly say that in one lesson, my daughter's back set (which she had been struggling with) improved tremendously- so much so that she was asked to play up as a setter on the national team (she's currently on a regional team). Then, my daughter wanted to work on passing and Coach Jo was there again to help reinforce the skills needed. My daughter started playing about 5 years ago and the one on one with Alpha Performance is incredible she has taught her things that academies don't take the time to do because they have so many kids. They talk to her and give life examples, they are dedicated. Overall the experience is A++ I would not change this place for another one. My daughter loves going to practice with Coach Jovanna. And the new facility is awesome so happy for her.
