Speed and Vert Classes

Our Speed, Agility & Vert classes are designed to help volleyball athletes move faster, jump higher, and react quicker in every game situation. Each session focuses on explosive footwork, directional speed, and vertical power — all tailored to the specific demands of volleyball.

Through a mix of resistance training, plyometrics, reaction drills, and VertiMax-based jump work, athletes develop elite-level quickness, court control, and jumping ability that directly translate to better performance on the court.

Strength Classes

Our Strength Classes are built to develop complete, explosive, and resilient athletes. Every session is designed specifically for the demands of volleyball — improving vertical jump, quickness, power, mobility, and overall athletic performance.

Our athletes train with purpose, focusing on:
    •    Power & Explosiveness: Plyometric and strength-based movements that enhance jumping ability, hitting power, and first-step quickness.
    •    Strength & Stability: Foundational lifts and core training to build total-body control and prevent injuries on the court.
    •    Speed & Agility: Movement drills that sharpen reaction time, directional change, and acceleration for elite-level gameplay.
    •    Mobility & Recovery: Functional training and flexibility work to ensure optimal movement quality and longevity throughout the season.
